I posted this video several years back, but it is probably my all time favorite performance of harmony singing. Plus whoever thought to add a glass harmonica to this was a genius. So here is Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris and Linda Ronstadt performing Neil Young's "After the Gold Rush".

Linda Ronstadt & Friends
I posted a couple Linda Ronstadt videos on Saturday. She has performed with a lot other great singers, so I thought I would post some of those performances today.
"I Never Will Marry" with Johnny Cash
"I Don't Know Much" with Aaron Neville
I have already post my favorite video of the Trio, Linda Ronstadt, Dolly Parton and Emmylou Harris. That is Neil Young's "After the Goldrush" posted HERE. This is a different trio with Emmylou Harris and Ricky Skaggs performing my favorite Carter Family song, "Gold Watch and Chain"

Linda Ronstadt
This is my 750th post on my music blog, but this is one of my sadder posts. Linda Ronstadt announced last year that she is no longer able to sing because of Parkinson's Disease. This is the loss of a great voice. Here are three videos probably from the 70's or 80's.
The Karla Bonoff song "Someone to Lay Down Beside Me", This has a beautiful piano intro.
"You're No Good"
"It's So Easy"

Happy Birthday Dolly Parton
I cannot let Dolly Parton's 65th birthday pass without a post dedicated to her. Here are some videos from years gone by.
Accompanied by Emmylou Harris and Linda Ronstadt here is "Applejack"
I always liked this one "My Tennessee Mountain Home ".
Despite the fact that this never got radio play, it is a great song, "Down from Dover".
